Welcome to our free services page. This page describes all of the extra services that we provide for Free that can be invaluable whether you are moving here permanently or have a holiday home.
: Delivery withing 100km´s of the shop.
: Construction of flatpack furniture with orders over €600. (under 600 we charge €15 per hour and have a max of two hours, (if we run over it is at our cost). The only reason we have this cost is to cover the two people building the furniture being un- available for the two hours. As a shop we make no money from this charge.
: Home design Service. Not Sure about styles and looks? We love to design, we can visit your home take measurements and help you to create the look that you want within the space and budget you have.
: Key holder service. Need to leave a key over here for emergencies but not sure about your neighbours? No problem, we can hold a key, either to deliver in your absence or for emergency repairs, taking some of the stress out of living so far away from your spanish home.
: Property valuation, thinking of selling, or just interested in the equity accrued since you bought the property? With eight years experience in the property market, we can value for free and also charge very low, (probably the lowest in the market), commissions for selling.
: Need to dump the old to make way for the new? We can take away all of your old furniture for you either to be used for a good cause (We help two local animal charities) or dispose of it in a townhall landfill, free!
