1. Do you have a furniture packages and how long do they take to be delivered?
We do have pre-designed furniture pakages, but find that as all clients are individuals these generally change to suit your needs they are not set in stone but are a good guage as to cost, You can have a package within 2 weeks from placing your order if all the items are in stock sofas are bespoke and we advise 3 weeks to avoid dissapointment.
2. Can I change the items in the pre-designed furniture packages?
Yes. its your pack tailored to your needss contact us to discuss your requirements. We will then send to you a revised quote for the items you require
3. Do I have to have a furniture package?
No, You can purchase any of the items we sell, as much or as little as you have a need for it is a shop after all. Generally our Advice is, if you have time, initially, all you need something to sit on, something to eat off and something to sleep on. after that live with it and get a feel for what you need next, we are aware that you may end up buying other items elsewhere but its your home you can of course do what you want (most of our clients come back its amazing what free coffee does!).
4. Do I have to be present for installation?
No, you can leave a set of keys with us or we will arrange pick up of your property keys from your designated key holder and hod them till you return or after installation return them.
5. I would like my property cleaned before installation. Can you do this?
Yes. After the initial builders clean, the properties are not always sparkling clean. If you wish us to provide a cleaning service before installation of your furnishings, please contact us and we'll give you a quote. We prefer to have your home clean before we install as we clean up after ourselves and take pride in leaving the property ready to move straight in to, obviously we do not wish to clean up after other people as welL
6. Is there a choice of sofa fabrics?
Yes. We work directly with three sofa factories and have an extensive range of sofa styles, all with a vast choice of colours and fabrics.
7. Can we pay by installments?
Yes. We have various ways you can pay
50% deposit with your order and 50% due on the days of installation.
We can also arrange up to six years credit with a national Spanish bank with UK connections at very competitive rates
